Nipple discharge without pregnancy
Is it normal to have nipple discharge without pregnancy. On squeezing my breast there is a white silicone/gel like discharge. It comes out only if I squeeze the breast and this is the first time I am noticing it. I have PCOS, and am obese, but I have started exercising since 3 months now, and my period this time was very heavy and duration was almost 10 days. I am scared seeing the discharge as I am currently not sexually active nor am I pregnant. Is this normal?
