Nipple discharge
Last week when performing a self breast examination I noticed that when I squeeze my nipple a tiny amount of clear sticky fluid comes out and I mean the smallest drop. It appears to be coming from one duct and one breast only. I have no other symptoms and it only happens when I squeeze. I’m not sure if it’s hormonal. Should I be worried about this?

How is the pattern of your cycles?
If you get normal periods then this seems to be quite inoccuous
Since you have noticed it , it is better to get your Prolactin level done. If normal then you should not do any further investigations.

This is not normal
Rather than being worried you need investigations to find out what it is n. treatment accordingly
