Nipple discharge. Depressed from this!

I have clear nipple discharge from both nipple .it started in april when i was having eczema in breast black and white area.then it stopped automatically. Then again now i got some itching in my breast and having discharge .from nipple i got discharge from multiple ducts and when I squeeze i got that discharge like drop not sure if there is spontaneous discharge present or not.and i am also seeing some crust on nipple from where discharge come.no redness.sharing report which i got .i went to doctor as well she told its normal but why its not going away she just told loose weight . I dont have any pain ,redness in breast but not able to get answer what is actually issue.i am getting depressed from this
