Nipple discharge

My age is 26
I was having a nipple discharge Since 17th of May till now, it was clear discharge from both my breast wen I press it. It's not in huge quantity, but very less...apart from that a very bad odour is coming from my armpits and mouth and my stool...its the same odour coming from all the 3 places and also I am having a headache always
What can be the cause?? Which specialist to referi dnno anything.
