Nipple crack and pain

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I'm having cracked nipple in left and lik blister water like color. And reddish side of that blister. Its painful. In right nipple i have cut where i can see pink like musles inside. Its painful. Im feariing to feed now. I have brought nipcare cream and shield With shield too it hurts little Im very depressed as till two days back i was giving formula milk along with breast milk. From two days i fed only breast milk and i was happy. Now this problem has appeared Please guide me Which doctor to refer( field)?? How many days to cure?? Hamd expresss im not able to do as i have slow flow like in drops and instead falling on bowl it flows on my breast. Pump i have but i fear as im not sure flamge size.
