What you are experiencing is called as night terrors. This happens when your subconscious mind is aware of a threat and it tries to warn or give signal to your conscious mind to be aware of the threat to protect yourself. The threat can be external or internal. You can visit me if you wish to get this evaluated and understand the problem to find the solution.
