It's a misconception to think that a man is safe by stopping masturbation to prevent loss of sperm. With a fear of loss of energy and fear of loosing future sexuality and fertility people stop this practice in peak of their sexual period of growth in early or mid 20s of age. But daily producing sperm in testes overflows and comes out in night falls. To avoid night falls, you can do one or two time a week masturbation. Please ensure quality of good erection and adequate penis play before ejaculation in masturbation. Then there is no adverse effects of it future marriage. Okay ???
