I got genital wrats under foreskin in Nov 2022 by may 2023 got cleared by homeopathy treatment in the same month of May due to brutal summer I was sweatting a lot and suddenly got infection on foreskin my homeopathy doc said nothing to worry to wear loose fitting and later on day by day things got worse I suddenly saw something wrong on downside of meatus like two watery bumps like growth on meatus sometime flat sometime watery bumps as shown in pics and my penis head started to turn grey day by day what is this kindly help me...
