Hello. It is ideally always advised not to consume anything, but water, after brushing your teeth before going to bed. As, consumption of liquids or solids after brushing your teeth, will adhere to your tooth structure, and cause plaque formation, which will further lead to caries formation and tartar.
Brush your teeth twice a day using the correct brushing technique. Rinse your mouth after every meal. Drink adequate amount of water.
Ideally after night brushing you are not supposed to eat or drink anything except water. As if you eat or drink anything it will stick to your tooth and tongue. Then cause problems. So it's better to drink milk before brushing.
Still have queries then please consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

But for proper brushing proper method of brushing is very important and duration of brushing is also equally important. One should not brush the teeth more than 1 min or 1and 1/2 mins. It is adviced to tell your dentist to teach you the right method of brushing.
