My son is 12 days old. He has stuffy nose since yesterday night. He is unable to breathe with his nose and keeps crying. I have given him Nasoclear nasal spray 4 times already but there is no relief. He is unable to take breastfeed as he is unable to breathe and have given him formula milk with spoon. He wants to sleep but due to blocked nose he is unable to sleep
Please advise what else to do.

nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very gently
steam inhalation can also be helpful in this condition

Not necessary nasal blockage is the only reason. Can be colic also.
Nasoclear can be repeated every 2 hours also.
If anyone in the family having viral then to wear mask, hand washing and social distancing.
