Newborn baby bottom rash

Asked for Male, 26 Years

My baby born 25 days before . she has reddish rash in bottom place. I stop using diapers and wipes and I using cream from doctor but it's not work .after toilet it's increase plz tell me what's the problem and how to clear that rash I put the pic plz help us

Hi there, Apply Opizole cream 2 to 3 times daily for 5 days , wash the buttock with plenty of water & do not rub it with nappy while cleaning.
