New moles appearing on my body

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am 25 years old. I have new moles developing around neck and face. Last year i got one on neck, which kept increasing in size but now it is stable. it is black and size of a bold dot. Now i have a new developing below nose. It is brownish, but i realize that its size is increasing. Can this be some skin issue?
