New lesions are showing after 1 yr AKT4
He is TBM patient. Having brain and spine tb.  Improving stage in MRI. ( it's reducing in recent MRI) M-TB : detected very low. ( in gene xpert). Rifampicin: not resistance Isoniazid: not resistance ( checked on 11th July 2022,  21st Jan 2023). But new lesion is showing in lymph node in throat. That is detected now. Beginning of treatment streptomycin taken for 2 months. Currently medication: Rifampicin 600 Isoniazid 300 Pyrzinnamide 1250 Ethumbutol 800 Pyridoxine 100 Is it serious that new lesion is showing after 1 yr treatment? Currently I am under att treatment. Please guide me. 🙏

Advised Fnac of lymph node and culture and drug sensitivity. Pl increase your immunity. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
