New Disease of Dog
I mentioned that my two dogs passed away within a week. It has been two months since then. However, my neighbor's dog experienced similar symptoms, even though he was vaccinated against CD. The symptoms included vomiting, seizures, and sudden death. I have heard of 8-9 similar cases within the past two months. Is there a new disease affecting animals or dogs?

It doesn't seem to be symptoms of CD as the course of disease is generally longer In your case it is difficult to identify the exact cause without any proper diagnosis as the symptoms are too vague to point out any particular ailment
Next Steps
it's better if u feel that it is a novel disease than I recommend getting the affected dogs properly diagnosed at local vet hospital and identify the exact cause to avoid further spread

It may not be a new disease. It may be a highly contagious new strain of any pathogens. It can also be a toxicity. It can be identified by proper testing and also postmortem.
