Hello Doctors,
I need your advice please. Although there's no difference in painless and painful vaccination but I still want to understand that in painful vaccination the immunity is better than why should we go for painless even when the cost for it is higher?
I wanted to know what's better in case of immunity as well as price.

Immunity is longer lasting with the whole cell pertussis vaccine wP ("painful"). So that is better. But side effects are more common. That is why parents prefer acellular pertussis vaccine aP ("painless") Price of wP is lesser than aP
