What is age of your baby?? It appears to be mainly due to gases.start burping more i mean for 10 to 15 minutes immediatly after feeding and start putting baby upside down on a tummy and do patting on lower back for 10 to 15 min approximatly after 45 min after every  feeding.
Next Steps
try Neosmile drops for gases.dose depends upon weight and age of a child
