New born (02/01/2019) bilirubin total
My son born out of normal delivery on 02/01/2019 , but a ultrasound done on my wife during pregnancy detected single artery in umbilical cord . It may cause "problems" to baby , doctor suggested . Baby is normal , feeding normally , passing stool and urine normally .1 )Please suggest what test should i do to be sure about normalcy of the baby . 2) bilirubin and TSH test report is attached , please check and suggest .

Tests 1)USG KUB 2) 2D echo......bili and TFT normal...just keep your baby in sunshine

1. Some associations seen with single umbilical artery according to research articles are anomalies related to either of the organs like kidney, urinary system, stomach and intestines, heart, brain, or malformation of limbs. It's better to discuss with your baby's neonatologist and you can get a screening ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis, neurosonogram plus an echocardiogram to rule out certain anomalies. 2. Bilirubin report and TSH report appear normal.
