Neutrophils low and lymphocytes high
My daughter 3 months old had vaccination done on Feb 17th 2022 for polio and other virus. We have done CBC on 14th March. Her neutrophils are low as 15 and lymphocytes are high as 81. Is it ok?

If child is not having any symptoms then this can be lab error. But if child is having symptoms also. You should take consultation

Why was the CBC done in the first place? Any investigation is interpreted in the presence of a clinical question... If there is no clinical question I will not waste time in interpreting a investigation. We have n number of investigations available which we can do on us and this can generate n combinations of results. Hope this makes it clear to you. If not talk directly!
