When there is periventricular cyst.nobody Can revert it nor the hand involvement can be corrected but things which can be taken care is to go for physiotherapy go and meet early intervenstionist and regular pediatrician follow up so that disability can be handled properly and there are even surgeries and some injections available to decrease tightness of that hand.
