Hello I tell u details symptoms 1 I am shy from childhood 2 I can't talk with someone over phone 3 I feel so much nervous before meeting with someone and going somewhere for first time or going after so many days 4 I feel relax after reaching to that place and I don't feel nervous if I go regular or talk with someone regular 5 I don't feel nervous in public places and gatherings 6 sometimes I have overthink or negative very fast 7 I don't like people who talk loudly 8 I don't drink and smoke and I sleep on time Sometimes I feel anxious nd I want permanent treatment for it
