Nervous breakdown
My boyfriend is involved in a legal case and although he's innocent he was detained for 3 weeks. Those 3 weeks he had to go through  a lot. Now he haas come out 10 days back, day before yesterday he was summoned by the police and had to stay for a day just for some procedure. He was told that he wouldn't be called unless very important. Today morning he was called again. And he didn't call me to inform what's going on. I know this will take time to get resolved and we have to face whatever is coming. Twice today I had some kind of attack, my heart started beating hard and I turned all warm. I was also having multiple thoughts, knots in mu stomach. I have work to do and a shoot on Monday. What can I do to feel a bit better? Any pills that I can take.

I understand your situation. You seem to be suffering from anxiety symptoms including increased heartbeat, hot flushes and stomach discomfort. However more clarity is needed regarding your problem. It is manageable with appropriate treatment. Some counselling sessions along with medical help might be useful for you. I would also be more than happy to help you with that if you are looking for online assistance. Discussions will be held confidential. You can directly consult with me through Practo as needed.
