Those "nerves" you mention are not nerves but actually veins. There are veins in everybody's arms and forearms. Like fingerprints, they are unique to each one of us.
If want to see more veins, physical activity will make veins larger, as they have to carry more blood for the muscles. If you take up a sport or weight training under good guidance you may see some veins. But remember, each one of us are different and each one has a different pattern of veins.
Also please DO NOT USE any supplements or steroids to help you. They cause more harm than good. Maintain a good balanced diet and avoid junk foods.
