Hi... Need little more information. Birth weight and how you know that your baby is having jaundice...? 25days means jaundice should have been resolved by this time. Neonatal jaundice persisting beyond 15days of life should be evaluated by pediatrician and needs treatment. Some times there may be mild yellowish tinge of eyes till 1mnth of age which is normal & doesnt need any treatment. To differentiate normal from abnormal you need to do serum bilirubin test.
Next Steps
Consult near by pediatrician and do serum birlirubin test. If the pediatrician feels that your baby is having significant jaundice you may need additional testings.further steps are taken on the basis of reports
Health Tips
-Regual 2nd hourly exclusive breast feeding. -vitamin d3 drops - please dont use any ayurvedic or herbal products to reduce the jaundice
