I feel good and motivated..but wen i go to a library and sit in one particular place,there for 2 to 3 hours i feel low mood and very tierd and exhaustive..feels very dull and dragging my time ..can this happen ,can a place makes one negative or its a just a thought .i felt evry day this same one...at the end of the day i feel worst ..how to overcome this ..kindly help

Like something happened or your mood the first time you sat there was very bad and now each time you go
You associate yourself with that
Could be other things too
