Negativity
I feel good and motivated..but wen i go to a library  and sit in one particular place,there for 2 to 3 hours i feel low mood and very tierd and exhaustive..feels very  dull and dragging my time ..can this happen ,can a place makes one negative or its a just a thought .i felt evry day this same one...at the end of the day i feel worst ..how to overcome this ..kindly help

Places can also be seen as being positive or negative by different people at different times within their lifespan and are repositories of memories, feelings, values and emotions But in your case it is mere negative thought which give rise to negative emotions
