Asked for Female, 25 Years

Done iui on day 15 with 5 good follicles after hcg trigger. Except day 5,6,7 all other days mild uterine cramps present with increased frequency of urination at night. Since day 9 and 10 Intermittent moderate uterine cramps like that of menses. Breast sore and increased nipple sensation. Done upt on 8,9,10 day post iui but all are negative? Why is this? Will I conceive this cycle? Kindly reply
