Needle pricking pain on left chest
I had needle pricking pain exactly in my left chest two days before that happened during my night sleep and it lasted for 10 mins.then I slept. After that I felt intermittent pin pricking pain in left and right chest. Now there is pain in my back too and I have mild pains in left shoulder and arms that sometimes radiates towards right side. I have already breathing problem, now feeling little bit chest tightness. I do not feel tired or dizziness. I have stomach ulcer also. I am afraid that it could be hear attack or angina. Please help.

This is not angina..
May be due to stomach ulcer or vitamin D deficiency..
Get a Vitamin D test done and inform for further evaluation.

Hello,
Your pain is not an anginal pain. Seems like a muscular pain which is making you anxious. Do nor worry. If you want to be sure get your ECG ECHO and TMT done
