Needing to find out about my nose.
Is there any harm in letting it go this way? I asking nag about the same question I ask earlier about my nose . If I don’t have it checked out is there any harm in it. It’s the thing on the inside of my nose that separates the two nostrils it has a hole in it. Can that cause any problems

You seem to be having nasal septal perforation. Unless you have symptoms of whistling sound while breathing, recurrent bleeding, crusting and nose blocks you need not take any treatment for this condition.
