Need to wear glass
Sir,
Is it necesarry to wear glass as power is less -1.00 and -1.25 and and when should wear like on the time of tv watching or reading..and if not wear in normal time then power of glass will increase or not..

A. As your age is 28 yrs now,so your power will not increase whether you wear glasses or not
B. Ideally you should wear glasses all the time but if required you can avoid them for near work
