Take tablet vitamin D capsules Take tablet methylcobalamin Take Calicium tablets Or Take Zincovit (multivitamin )

Start. Vit D3 sachet 60000  I U one's in a week for 6 week's. Tab methylcobalamine 1500 mcg one's in a day after food for 1 month. Tab calcium 500 mg once in a day. Drink plenty of water.
