Need to repeat scan with full bladder?
Good morning doctors, I underwent lower abdomen USG to rule out pregnancy after 12 -13 weeks of last contact. Intially I had full bladder but then the sonographer told me to empty my bladder. I didnt know he was about to do TVS. After emptying the bladder I refused TVS. Then he performed the scan on me empty bladder. I asked him if pregnancy is there and he told no pregnancy. (Pregnancy would have been of 12-14 weeks if it was there). Scan was done 15th day of my cycle (24 nov LMP) Uterus size 68*30*45mm and ET 7.5 mm. Dominant follicle 13.4 mm in L.O. and 12.8 mm in R.O. Do I need to repeat the pelvic scan again with full bladder to rule out pregnancy? I have had 3 regular bleedings since the last contact and b hcg is negative but I still wanted to confirm that there is no hidden pregnancy.
