I work out but only 3 to 4 times a week. Need to increase my metabolism along with through my diet. What kind of foods should I eat or avoid?

Metabolism boost by foods like cheela(veg), pineapple, jeera n ajwain  water, roated peanuts, foods at every 2hrs . Water intake of 15 glasses...in a day.
