Suffering from gastric issues like weak digestion, heartburn, stomach burn, acidity since last 6 years. Include these foods that can be most helpful for gastritis and acidity related issues..
drinking coconut water upon rising on an empty stomach is very beneficial for gastritis or acidity, can also drink cucumber juice, watermelon juice, musk melon or cantaloupe juice, lemon water also..
Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, cold milk when pain or burn is intense for immediate relief, ice cream sometimes as SOS for heart burn and stomach burn or pain, coconut water, buttermilk, barley water, sagoo water, cucumber juice, watermelon, Musk melon or cantaloupe juices for relief, 1 or 2 teaspoon ghee in dal for daily lunch, moderate complex carbs, moderate proteins in form of various variety dals, moderate fat, plant based high biological value protein, can also have animal based proteins such fish, chicken soups, egg whole , lean meats at times..
Lentils, legumes, milk and milk products, nuts , seeds all these to be included as and when possible for daily diet in very small portions sizes..
Small frequent meals, plenty of water intake, fermented foods, germinated seeds like all variety sprouts , millets, rice starch ( ganji or kanji) is very beneficial and very effective relief from acidity or gastritis ..
