Hi thanks for your query. I checked your BMI is 16.96.so you are under weight. Now u take high calorie diet plan enrich with protien. Mainly 300g tot cereals, whole wheat,whole grains, bazra, maize,chattu,reasonably, pulses, sprouts 25g, protien 120g like milk,300ml, chana,paneer, fish, chicken,/ 2 week etc. curd,raita,sweets, dry fruits,some good scanks,idly,momo are good . add 2 PCs banana & whole egg morning, evening. Sleep min 8 hours, early rise & early sleep 10pm to 5pm.fresh enough water,
