Hi, I am sorry about these diagnosis that you have. I am sure it is difficult to live with this. These issues can be worked with in hypnosis. Hi... I know some good Psychiatrists in Bangalore. I can share contacts. Also, please do not wait till the last moment to seek professional help. Psychiatric interventions (medications) also take a minimum 3-4 months to bring about a positive change. This approach of sudden urgency after a prolonged complacence is very difficult to treat.
