Need to align my teeth with a surgery
I have really defragmented teeth. i wanted to know if a surgery is require or just the braces would work for me. i have pigmentation too.

It's still unclear what exactly is ur consern.. u have to visit a orthodontist or upload pics of ur face . And teeth to come to a suggestion..
