Hi I took tetanus vaccine last December around 5th December. Today at 19th June, I got a small scratch via a barbell rod. Should I get a tetanus vaccine again? It's been around 7 months from the last shot.

📌 If Tetanus Toxoid (TT/TD) was given within the past 5 years:
No booster required, even for minor dirty wounds
The body has sufficient protective immunity

Vaccinated 7 months ago = Protected
Scratch only, no major open/dirty wound = Low-risk exposure
🟢 Conclusion:
NO need to take another tetanus shot for this minor injury.
You are still under protection from the vaccine taken in December.
