Start folic acid..
8 weeks scan if possible in lockdown is good enough...
If you have pregnancy symptoms like nausea vomiting dizziness or constipation..it means pregnancy is growing..
It's better to avoid any unnecessary visits to any clinics
Go only for emergency like bleeding
Also the risk of contracting Covid outweighs the benefit of sonography in most cases...
So wisely assess your area situation and go

You will need to do a scan first. To confirm intrauterine pregnancy and check baby’s heart beat. Then you will have to do a set of blood tests including complete blood count, blood sugar, thyroid, serology, and any other tests that maybe required for you depending on your history.
Next Steps
Start taking 5mg folic acid once daily
