Dear sir,
My daughter is 2 years old.Weight 10.5 kg..She is continuously sleeping since morning even after having sufficient sleep in the night.No regular medication is running. From few days she is having nausea.Last today's she vomitted seven times..Water consumption is sufficient.
Please advise is this any matter of concern.
