I was diagnosed with Cluster B PD with Depression two days ago. Today when i was bathing i couldn't hold up my emotions, I fell on my knees and cried out loud for more than 30 minutes. I cried out saying i need someone to understand how i really feel. I felt like i was left all alone. I feel like my parents doesn't want me to express what I really feel. They always want me to put up a happy face all the time.. Is it normal to cry out like that? What should I do?

Hi,
Sorry to hear about you in this situation. Crying is one of the responses which our body automatically choose for releasing any kind of sadness or grief even stress or anger. So don't worry, crying is the normal response of your body due to your situation. But you need to have therapy sessions for getting rid of all these issues. Therapist can help to make proper plan for your health and your issues as well as the better communication with your family and having better life.
Don't worry, you will be completely fine after sometimes. Just you need to talk with a reliable and professional person and go through the plan of therapist. I suggest don't go through any kind of medication till you will be sure that you need it.
Please do take care.
