Need suggestion
I am recently suffering from TA Bursitis for 1 month. Please suggest some exercises which will help me recover fast. Used to take synertab for 1 week and Supracal 2000 for 1 month. Both medications has ended. Now i am into tendowell medication for 5 days.

For proper exercises consult in person with physiotherapist. Do Calf stretches, toe to wall stretches, calf stretches and heel drop stretches.Thsi may all provide relief. Calf, ankle and foot exercises strengthen your Achilles tendon and the surrounding area.
