My mother age 51 went for treatment knee pain in Hyderabad and doctor suggested us to use below tablets and I am not able to find one tablet in my hometown and when I called sunshine hosp they are.l not helping me can someone help me with alternative medicine for

You can find many alternatives with individual drugs. it is possible that all three things in one tablet may not be available..
Next Steps
You may look for Tab. Genacol. it has almost similar combination. Otherwise better to take individual tablets.. no problem in that..
