The image of the prescription is not very clear. Any which ways, his TMT looks great with a very good effort tolerance. Occasional VOC are found even in normal people. If you could share the holter report, it would be great.
I see a lot of medications that are going on, although the print is not very legible, but I would recommend a high dose of beta blockers to get rid of these prematures.
I could see recommendations for an AICD, which I feel at this stage is not a great thing to look at as an option. Obviously final decision would be pending the holter report
