Hi
I would recommend you to take a food as your first medicine.
Multivitamin contain vitamins and minerals which are micronutrients and are required in very small quantity in your body.
You can surely cover your vitamins and minerals through the diet itself.
May be for a time you can take multivitamin if you're feeling that you not able to keep check on diet due to some reason but not for long as it may have adverse effects on your health.
I would recommend you to meet any expert or me for a counselling session so that you can know how you can include the vitamins snd minerals through your diet.
