Need second opinion. Attached images.
I have lower jaw pain, ear pain  and neck pain for 5 months now. Went to different doctors. No answer yet. Went to dentist. Told me to extract Upper wisdom tooth and suspected a tooth fracture in lower first molar. Did root canal and no fracture found as per Endodontist diagnosis. So still the same symptoms. Is it possible to miss the tooth fracture even after doing root canal? Dentist sent me to tmj specialist. I went to tmj specialist and he said it's jaw joint issues, muscle tightness and myofacial pain. Gave a plan (mouth appliance)which is very expensive. I don't want to get an expensive treatment without second opinion. My symptoms are, constant burning severe pain in lower jaw under ear, burning on side of the neck, constant feeling of something stuck in throat, neck is so tight and stiff, ear clogged, ringing and some soft humming music while lying down, one spot on top of head above the ear is sore and hurts continuously to touch. Only one spot. Does my symptoms indicates tmjd?
