Recently I have been executing shutdown jobs once in a month where I had to stand for long hours also through night for a day. After that I take rest and also sleep well the next day. I have severe pain in the foot and calf muscle. I apply volini or some other ointment two to three times a day. Also I take one Dolo 650 for body pain in the morning. Still I have the pain and feel tired for another 3 to 4 days. Particularly I feel the calf muscles are exhausted and strengthless.
I am also taking multivitamins for the past two months prescribed earlier by doctor. I'm not used to this kind of work regularly in the past. Is there any better medications to get normal sooner after each job.

You may please take some antioxidants such as
*Tablet Evion LC (Vitamin E and levocarnitine) once a day for 2 weeks.
Additionally, you may also take
*Tablet Shelcal 500 mg once daily for two weeks.
For pain relief as of now, please continue with
*Tablet Dolo 650.
It is a very safe painkiller. However you may increase its dose to 2 to 3 times per day. 8am, 2pm, 8pm.
Please have adequate sleep (it will help your muscles recover from the strain that you took all day) and take water in plenty. Cannot stress enough, take 6 to 8 litres of water per day.
Have a speedy recovery.
God bless!
Health Tips
Don't habituate yourself to Volini and multivitamins. Take better nutritious food instead.
