Diabetic from 6 years taking gluconorm g 1 Aten 50 tablet s . Also I have fatty liver grade 2 &  asymptomatic gallbladder polyp 5 mm. ..Suffering from gastritis from 2 months. Tablet esofag d 6 weeks course completed . Now symptoms are mild in early morning. Can I take A to Z vitamin tablets ? Does these tablet cause acidity & gastritis ?

Hey it can cause vomiting , diarrhoea and stomach upset, but this symptoms are temporary and rare . U can take for 1-2 days and see and if no sideeffects you can continue it.
