Need info on this
I did GI endoscopy 9 months back. Impression was hiatus hernia g1 with gerd and HP positive, and also fatty liver g2 in usg. took antacid for sometime,and stopped with doctor advise. Fast three months took homeo medicines. now again having discomfort in chest area, stiffness, something is struck feeling, jerk in body, while lying in bed. Severe stomach discomfort, last week took USG, fatty liver is now g1 only. Tryclycedies is 174.USG doctor told, hernia not able to see in USG, yesterday met gastro doctor, he prescribed rabeprazole, adblock md,roustine,syrial 140,axakolic 300 tablets, he told it is happening due to hypertension, I'm afraid to take endoscopy again,so I took HRCT chest today. Attached the image, is hiatus hernia found in the image, or any other lung problems or heart issue ? Ecg and echo was normal, four months back.now I'm having shortness of breath sometimes, and pain near diaphragm, feel like something is struck in chest and pain in both sides. Any impression in CT ?
