Need info about MRI of ankle
I have taken MRI of my right ankle after twisting my ankle while playing badminton. Wanted to know if it's minor or major from the report. What kind of treatment is required ? It's been almost 3months since the injury , but there is still slight pain when I try to tilt my foot , stretch it. I am not able to stand just on my right foot , I feel all wobbly .Is  physiotherapy recommended at this point of time .Also, I have been wearing an ankle binder ,taking tendofirm tablets for over two months now (as advised by a doc) and keeping ice 1-2 times a day. Would like to know what is taking it so long to get back to normal. Require your prompt advice. Thank you well in advance.

The sprains of Anterior talafibular ligaments take time to heal. You will need specific physiotherapy to heal strengthen the ligaments. You have a microfracture and if the scan is a 4-6 weeks old, then the fracture should have healed by now

The problem is not major.  If proper rest and immobilisation is not given immediately after injury it leads to prolonged pain. Continue with the medication and physiotherapy exercises
