Need indian diet info for h. Pylori cure

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hi, I had gastritis and bad breath from 3 yrs. Got endoscopy done few days back. And I tested positive for h.pylori infection.😓 Doctor has put me on antibiotics (Pylokit) for 10 days. She said that the infection is too strong. I need to know which indian foods are good in curing h.pylori infection (both veg and non veg). Please help. Report attached. Thanks in advance.

Food do not cure h pylori. But Dietery changes are essential to prevent increase in Gastritis Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Avoid animal source foods. Plant based diet is best for healing.
