High SGOT and SGPT indicate liver affection. Low MCH and MCH and high RDW may mean iron deficiency and are treatable with iron supplements. Neutrophils 28 and lymphocytes 68 mean a viral infection. The most important thing is symptoms and signs and check ups by a pediatrician. We do not treat reports only. Please visit a pediatrician
